Carolina Neves She has always been one of those who like to share tips with her friends. But she didn't imagine that, by talking about fashion, beauty and lifestyle on social media, she would become an influencer with more than 500 thousand followers (on Instagram alone!) and have a clothing brand to call her own, LETIH.
"I was a dancer, first soloist at Theatro Municipal, and I trained many hours a day. When I actually started working as a content producer, I saw it more as an opportunity to earn extra money. Especially because I was focused on having the apartment of my dreams ", he recalls.
A Virgo — as she is keen to highlight — Carol has always had difficulty not accumulating too many roles. Even more so in the then new phase of his career. "I was once very centralizing, a perfectionist. I went to a lot of therapy to learn to delegate and have more time for myself and those I love", she says. "I started this process because I realized that, calmly, I can see everything clearly and have more creative ideas. When I slow down, I feel better and I am a better person for others", he adds.
Years later, waiting for her first daughter, Catarina, she admits that she still needs to "improve" on this issue, but celebrates the advances she managed to make. "My priorities have changed, my worldview has changed. Today, I increasingly value what really matters and, whenever possible, I stay away from my cell phone and enjoy the moment, the people around me", he says.
Being a mother, Carol highlights, has always been a dream. And a lot of this is due to the relationship she has with her mother. "Everything is happening as I imagined and I know that, when the baby arrives, it will be even better", celebrates the influencer and businesswoman, who since discovering her pregnancy has changed her beauty routine, prioritizing natural products and doing "only the essentials".
"During pregnancy, my hair naturally became bigger and fuller. As I don't do anything too radical in terms of color or texture and I love practicality, I just try to keep my hydration up to date," he says. “To take care of myself, I basically invest in simple things that work: I eat well, drink lots of water and try to be happy,” he concludes.
Pregnant women x hair products
"In general, shampoos, masks, conditioners and the like do not pose any risks to pregnant women. On the other hand, dyes with ammonia and straighteners with formaldehyde are contraindicated. It is also worth remembering that, during this period, there is a greater sensitivity to odors and allergenic substances. Therefore, the more natural the formula, the better", explains gynecologist and obstetrician Carolina Ambrogini.
